Dr. Drew’s Sales Tip of the Day
When I travel the world I always take a simple preprinted Thank you Card with me to give gratitude for those inviting me and those I met. In the age of electronic media taking the time to stop and write out appreciate thoughts illustrates a strong essence of customer service and concern.
Too many people take short cuts. They cite lack of time; I believe it is procrastination or laziness. The latter has no place in selling or in business. If it is business you want then you must be aggressive and get it. More importantly it only takes five minutes to write, sign and place a stamp on a thank you card.
Take five today and send a quick and courteous thank you for a recent client visit. You will be amazed at the return on investment.
And if you do not have the time or desire there is a new service available entitled Send out Cards.
