Get Rich or Get Real
I am not certain if you have noticed the amount of insane infomercials on television that claim high end earnings for minimal work. I am always amazed at these organizations that prey upon those that desire to get rich overnight. I find these organizations malicious in their intent.
First the desire for spontaneous richness does not come from internet marketing, real estate or other bromide principle. Generating wealth requires the use of human proficiencies and the desire to constantly market oneself. There are a myriad of industries that tend to promote wealth yet some individuals are very poor because they lack proper marketing skills. These are attributes not gained from a 49 dollar box of materials.
Unfortunately we live in a society that desires everything instantaneously. What the remote control cannot provide, some believe the internet will. I am fascinated by selling professionals and entrepreneurs that clamor for the “silver bullet”. There is none. If you truly desire material wealth and happiness you need to work hard and constantly market. While others procrastinate and attempt to find shortcuts, true returns on maximized by focusing on your clients needs and desires.
Second, several of my mentors suggest that wealth is not always material. True wealth and happiness is looking in the mirror and being content with what stares back. Wealth is about balance with family, friends, peers and spiritually. No infomercial can buy your happiness.
The answer is to refrain from silly commercials that promise you boats, bikes and bottles of happiness. If you truly want wealth and happiness, save your money invest it in your family, friends and self.
